Opened in 2000, the Spring Tower Lofts was the first building converted to lofts on Spring Street and one of the first live-work loft buildings in downtown Los Angeles. This groundbreaking building project, which boasts lofts as large as 4,500 SF — some of the biggest in DTLA — played a central role in the revitalization of the Historic Core. Units in the building, which was the first project completed by Shomof Group, have classic loft features like exposed brick, open floor plans, and concrete walls and floors. As the first Adaptive Reuse project in Los Angeles, the building’s amenities include a rooftop patio-lounge and easy access to the building’s only retail tenant, downtown’s premier 24-hour eatery, LA Cafe.
